our Process

INITIAL ENQUIRY

At this stage we will listen and learn about your business to establish your requirements and determine whether the best thing for you is a stock item or a bespoke product.

We always look to tailor our solutions for each customer to meet their specifications as we understand businesses face varied and unique challenges when it comes to their packaging.

PACKAGING REVIEW

An extremely valuable service as we have helped numerous businesses save up to £100,000 per annum on packaging costs, we would love to do the same for you.

Carried out on-site with a walk-through of the premises or over the phone we will identify whether your current solutions are fit for purpose, i.e. no wasted space and no excess packaging.

SAMPLES PROVIDED

Drawing on what we have learned about your business we will present a solution and provide samples to demonstrate the suitability and practical benefits of the product, allowing you to assess it for yourself.

We will, of course, be on hand to talk you through the thought process for our selection and answer any queries you may have. At this stage we can discuss any changes or alterations you may want to make to the final product before it is produced.

EASY ORDERING

Any orders you place are assigned a unique reference number to ensure continuity, consistency and simple order tracking. Quantities required are easily adjusted and a time-scale for delivery will be clearly communicated and adhered to.

We offer an exclusive managed inventory service to help you keep costs down and free up warehouse space with no need to tie up cash in excess packaging. We will liaise with you on a weekly basis to ensure continuity of supply according to demand.

MANUFACTURE

We utilise the latest technology and the highest quality board grades available to ensure quality print and product strength. During this process we add the touches and adjustments that tailor your product precisely to your requirements.

DELIVERY

Consistently delivering on time and in full irrespective of whether you are making a one-time purchase or have an ongoing managed inventory agreement in place.
